Nope, not Gifted.
BUT make sure you roll for a MAG score, since you're multiclassed in Swordmage.
So, roll 1d20 to see what your MAG score is.

Okay, that puts your MAG ability score at 14.
After figuring in points added from level ups, that puts the total score at 22.
Now, as far as your Arcana is concerned, I believe you get automatic training in it from your Swordmage multiclassing, which will also give you a passive Arcana.
